Bingo

The library offers Bingo with prizes for adults 18+.  Bingo takes place at 12:30PM the first three Wednesdays of each month.  Bingo is free to play and refreshments are provided.

Local Writer's Group

• The 1st Thursday is held at the Sandwich Public Library District.
• The 3rd Thursday is held at the Somonauk Public Library District.

Gather with area writers of all levels to strengthen your skills as an author. These sessions, led by Dave Dean, will focus on the needs and desires of each participant, equipping and empowering you to take the next step in your writing journey. Whether you’re just getting started or have published dozens of books, this group is for you! No registration required.  Open to adults and high school students

Chics with Sticks

Whether you crochet, knit, sew or work on crafts this group meets every first Thursday of the month from 11am-1pm. Beginners are welcome.  No registration required.

Museum Adventure Pass

Use your library card to get free admission or a special discount at participating Chicago area cultural destinations, such as Legoland Dis-covery Center, Brookfield Zoo, Naper Settlement and others. Available to Somonauk Public Library cardholders in good standing. Stop by the Patron Services Desk to get your pass. Visit Museum Adventure’s website for a list of participating museums.
